Cancun Golf Club at Pok-ta-Pok is the oldest and most prestigious golf club in the Cancun hotel zone. Now in its fourth decade of operation, the 18-hole Cancun Golf Club boasts unparalleled golf course scenery, which not only incorporates hundreds of yards of oceanfront, but also ancient Mayan ruins. This is the golf you have been dreaming about while playing in the wind and snow back home. It's a challenging course, with the ruins serving as unusual hazards. Many hotels in town offer special promotional rates, including RIU, Presidente InterContinental, Dreams Cancun and Gran Caribe Real. To qualify for this special rate, tee time reservations have to be made at the front desk of the hotel.

At only 1,818 yards, this 18-hole, par-54 executive course is great for a quick round of golf during your Cancun vacation. This golf club features a putting green and is located at the Melia Hotel in the Cancun Hotel Zone.

The Hilton Golf Course is located on 150 stunning acres. It's a challenging course that's nonetheless suitable for golfers of all skill levels. Surrounded by the blue waters of the Nichupté lagoon, this course is delightful for both the golfer and the vacationer in you.  

Iberostar Playa Paraiso Golf Club

Iberostar Playa Paraiso Golf Club is located 30 minutes south of the Cancun International Airport. This 18-hole, par-72 golf course was designed by P.B. Dye and incorporates part of the Mayan jungle. The 6,800-yard golf course has unsurpassed design and is among the best in the world. Narrow fairways, undulating greens and deep bunkers will challenge your game. Both the driving range and putting green are lit up during the night so golfers can work on their swings under the moonlight. Facilities include showers and lockers for both men and women. One of the innovations of Iberostar Playa Paraiso Golf Club is the all-inclusive golf packages. You can forget about the extra charges for food and drinks as these are included in the fees. In addition, food and drink will be served either at the clubhouse or delivered to the field while you are playing.

Moon Spa & Golf Club features the only Jack Nicklaus-designed course in the area with a dynamic layout that's interesting to amateurs and professionals alike. Transportation to and from the course is included from anywhere in Cancun or the Riviera Maya with paid green fees. There are three distinctive nine-hole courses, and golfers will navigate a variety of vegetation and natural hazards, including wetlands. You might just see exotic animals and you will enjoy the serene atmosphere created by the environmental conservation that the course strives for. Hole six on the Jungle course is an interesting one, as it doglegs almost 90 degrees to the right. It's hard to resist the temptation to try to reach the green by hitting over the lake and bunker on this par-four. On the Dune course, the third hole, a par-three, will force you to hit the shot of the day toward an island green with two options: green or water.

Playa Mujeres Golf Club

The Playa Mujeres Golf Club is five miles north of Cancun's famous Hotel Zone, in an area known as Punta Sam. The golf course sits in between the Caribbean Sea and Chachmochuc Lagoon. The 18-hole, par-72 course was designed by famous golfer Greg Norman and it is operated by Troon Golf. The course is comprised of 7,260 yards with carefully crafted water holes, jungles, bunkers and greens, utilizing a rearrangement of the site's native plants, trees and other indigenous foliage. The Playa Mujeres Golf Club is the only one in Mexico to be recognized by the Executive Women's Golf Association (EWG). It also ranks among the 10 best in the country. This course is a challenge for any experience player. The facilities include a clubhouse and a pro shop selling all major brands. The golf course also features a snack bar; a lounge and a car-bar so you don't have to interrupt your game.

Opening at the end of 2010, this complex consists of two championship 18-hole golf courses. Both will be developed to the standards and requirements of the TPC (Tournament Players Course) network, which will make them the first golf courses outside of the United States to receive this certification. TPC Cancun was designed by Tom Fazio, considered to be one of the premiere golf course architects. La Roca Country Club is designed by PGA Tour member Nick Price, winner of several PGA Championships in the US and Europe including the British Open. The driving range will be the largest in Latin America -- roughly 25 acres -- and it will be constructed to PGA Tour specifications. A golf academy is also part of this impressive golf club.
