The elegant hotel boasts contemporary Mexican architecture. The entrance is crowned by one of the largest thatched-roof palapas in the country. The facade is also reminiscent of a Mexican village with jutting terraces, colonial accents and beautiful fountains. Inside, the lobby and common areas are decorated with marble floors, greenery, rattan furniture and a waterfall.

The Fiesta Americana Condesa Cancun has gone the extra mile to make sure that the property's 502 rooms and suites match the gorgeous scenery and architecture. They are tastefully decorated and utilize natural light to create a calming space.
