From its hilltop perch overlooking Cabo San Lucas' popular Médano Beach, Bahia Hotel & Beach Club gives guests a quiet rest spot with the added bonus of a nearby beach club.

The property features 81 guest rooms -- a mixture of deluxe and superior rooms and suites. All options, which are decorated with a clean white color palette, include air conditioning, a kitchenette, a wall-mounted flat-screen television with cable service, a ceiling fan, premium bedding and a marble bathroom.

The rooms' differences lie in the sleeping arrangements. Deluxe rooms are outfitted with one queen bed, while superior rooms have two queen beds. The deluxe suites feature one queen bed and a queen-size sofa bed, along with other luxuries such as a cocktail bar counter and a 42-inch plasma TV. Views of either the pool or the city are available and guests can request a non-smoking room in any category when making reservations.

The guest rooms of the Bahia Hotel & Beach Club surround an expansive, resort-style pool decorated with palm trees. There are plenty of lounge chairs as well as a hot tub. A poolside bar provides a shady respite for guests looking to relax with a cold drink.

A complimentary breakfast is served each day at the poolside bar. Along with a restaurant and coffee shop, room service is also available for guests not interested in putting their equipped kitchenette to use.

Several other dining options are within walking distance of the hotel, particularly along the waterfront just one block away. This area, known as Médano Beach, is considered the city's safest swimming beach and also houses the hotel's beach club. Guests can hang out here along the water's edge and relax with a bucket of beer, or they can take part in activities such as paddle boarding and boogie boarding. Kayaking, waterskiing, banana boating, parasailing, surfing, snorkeling, go-karts and off-road tours are all available in this area. An on-site concierge will help guests coordinate local tours.

A number of tourist attractions can be found in close proximity to the Bahia Hotel & Beach Club, including the famed Land's End arch, where the Sea of Cortez and the Pacific Ocean meet.
