This room features one king or two queen beds. There's a furnished French balcony with a garden view. The pale yellow walls and floor tiling are enhanced with splashes of bright blue from the drapes, bedspreads and area rugs. A minibar with bottled water, soft drinks and beer is stocked and replenished daily. Additional amenities include a satellite TV and central air conditioning.

The bathroom has a combined bathtub and shower as well as a separate vanity area.

Viva Wyndham Azteca, all-inclusive resort, is a stunning property located on the breathtaking Mayan Riviera on the east coast of the Yucatán Peninsula. With its white sand beaches, lush jungles and championship golf course, this resort has it all. It is located one hotel away from its sister property Viva Wyndham Maya, where guests have access to restaurants and other recreational facilities through the all-inclusive plan.

The property is just 45 minutes from Cancun International Airport and just two miles from Playa del Carmen. Explore captivating Mayan ruins, find your own private seaside cove or experience fun in the sun and the exciting nightlife of Playacar.

Viva Wyndham Azteca offers both an intimate setting for a tranquil escape, while still offering guests an assortment of activities and amenities. Guests can choose from complimentary nonmotorized water sports and other recreational activities such as scuba diving and golf. Complimentary lessons are offered for windsurfing, sailing, tennis, Caribbean dance and introductory scuba diving. Guests also have access to complimentary personal training in the fitness center.
